I'm trying to mangle some bits together to make my mongrel Inbred a little less mongrel.

Got some Rock Shox Pikes, and a Hope Mini (proper, proper old one!) with a number 5 caliper. What disc would this mean? 185mm? What's the difference between the 5 and 3 caliper?

If I were to try and get such a brake onto a Ragley, would it be a No. 3 caliper with a 165mm disc?

    Found it! One of these!

The other thing, I need a splined 5-bolt Hope Ti-glide spider so the front wheel matches the rear…

Is it wrong to want everything to match?

Number 5 front Hope caliper will need a 160/165mm front disc, number 3 would use a 180/185mm.
As for the spider, give Hope a ring.

    Number 5 = 165mm front 145mm rear
    Number 3 = 185mm front 165mm rear

It's all coming back to me 🙂

Looks like number 3s are what I'm after, or IS +20mm adapters!
