The climb to Navacerrada is the same mountain as last Saturday’s stage in La Vuelta, but I’m not doing the final 3km, from the other side and it’s on the roadbike.

I’m on nights, the likely hood of me having enough energy to get beyond playing on the PS3 during the day are slim.

Maybe squeeze a DH session in later today, undecided as for saturday and sunday yet, but Cranham and Lecky are likely to feature.
