Thinking of a ride from Hawnby, just wondering if there is somewhere to park in the village?

Go on goggle maps, find Hawnby tea room, switch to satellite, there are four cars, 2 white, a red & a blue – I parked there a few years ago.
I think its the village hall.

That looks fine, tea room as well, bonus. The ride we are doing actually starts from square corner above Osmotherley in the guide book but I didn’t fancy leaving my van there as it looks a bit isolated on the map, any thoughts on that?

Ridden in the area for years and always park at square corner.
Never had any issues or seen evidence of any.
Hope that doesn’t bollox it up now

You’ll be fine parking at Square Corner. In fact you’ll probably find it packed with dog walkers and possibly other mountain bikers.
