ok, so i've not actually tried yet, but thought i'd ask before i go bashing it with hammers and stuff.

do i need any tools etc? i've not got any specific bearing tools…

but i kinda need to do it today so that i have a bike to ride tomorrow.

    any ideas?

From memory of doing someone elses last year, its a case of undoing a circlip or two, popping the bearings out and pressing new ones in. If you are handy with your tools, you should be fine.
