Just bought a van and am going to ply-line it. Have people insulated theirs and how? Or can you point me to a previous thread if its already been covered on here. Cheers

Did I read that as "insulting a van" on the original post title?

Use the search, there are some previous thread and links to a couple of vw van forums.

The daughters boyfriend used the foam sheets with aluminium on both faces (Celotex?) cut to fit and held in place until the ply was fitted with dabs of silicon sealer or No More Nails.

try this http://www.vwt4forum.co.uk, if you made the mistake of not buying a t4 or t5 you'll just have to lie!
Rockwool in all the cavities
Cover with polythene, use spray glue (this keeps out any moisture)
Screw the ply panels to the van
Fill any gaps between the ply panels with silicone
Carpet over the ply (I used an electric staple gun from Lidel, £11)
I just converted my van to a minicamper, now warm and snug even in the snow!
