    My guess is its because they are going to get to see a top specialist and get the work done for free while jumping any waiting list if they were going to go through the NHS.

    But i’m probably wrong.

    Slightly OT but watched Avengers Assemble the other night and couldn’t help thiking that In some scenes Captain America (Chris Evans) and Dr Christian could well be dopplegangers.
