    How do I scale and rotate an image to fit as wallpaper?

    I’ve rotated it in the options menu and then set as wallpaper but it just takes a crop from the middle of the photo and it’s portrait rather than landscape.

    Any ideas?

    Hmmmm, just tried and I can’t work out how to do it either. I am sure there must be a way though.
