Having to suffer it and then I know the X-factor reckon I'll unplug the PS3 and put up with a 26" screen for tonight. May even break my rule of no alcohol the night before work.

riding cheryl cole might be a reason to skip a bike ride, but to watch.

Now if it was night riding tonight WITH Cheryl Cole then I'd be there.
