    Not the most exciting topic i know, but can anyone confirm that if you have NHBC cover on a new build flat you should still get home insurance i.e. not just contents insurance?

    Only got contents ins now in a shared flat (which is up for renewal), but moving into new build in December…

    If you house burns down will the NHBC cover it?
