    I am looking for some advice, the shock on my Giant NRS is worn and needs replacing, I like the bike but !!!!!!!!!!!! I have been thinking of replacing it for some time with a hardtail maybe a Blue Pig and building up new bike. I Ride Wharncliffe XC nothing too extreme. My only other bike i have had is a 91 Clockwork Orange which is slow returning to iron ore in the cellar. Any suggestions

    isn't the shock for the NRS specific to that frame (there was thread about a while back).
    anyways my suggestion… Giant Anthem X3 on Paul's Cycles – just seen it on the Bargain thread, please buy one & make them go out of stock, before I'm forced to.

    You could buy an Anthem X3 for under £900 (I think?) off Pauls cycles, and sell the bits to recoup some of that (perhaps all or more of it?)
