Rides like a dream. Tried a Yeti bigtop and it felt like a bit of a lump compared to this. It's my first carbon and first 29er, and so far very pleased. Just needs a shorted stem and will go tubeless. First ride was on Sunday and did what was the old Flintshire challenge route, for those in North Wales.

It's super comfy. I changed the seat post and bars for crank bros carbon ones. There's a matching stem coming in the post to. Think I'll avoid weighing it as it'll only result in disappointment, but it's light enough. Tyres are Specialized own brand S-Works Renegade.
Mine is an XL and weighs 23lb which I don't think is a disappointment.

Was the truf laid by a plumber? great looking bike, just got myself a jamis Dragon Race 29er, 853 main tubes, 2x10 gears x9, american classic wheels tubleless, it rides really well, put on shorter stem on and wider havoc carbon bars, not as smooth as my turner flux but like a smoother 456. Havn't noticed any probs with steering being slow or the bike feeling lumbersome to coin a few phrases i have heard about 29ers
