What's Best is a very subjective question.
Perhaps "What's your favourite?" might be more appropriate

New Model Army – Live 161203
The Sisters Of Mercy – Wake
Fields Of The Nephilim – Forever Remain

now you see, to me those three are 'the best' and Jamiroquai wouldn't even be allowed in the house, but there you go 😉

Muse- Hullaballoo. It's a great performance/setlist but even leaving that aside the production is fantastic, lots of camera angles (but you never so much as see a cameraman if they don't want you to), good mixes of footage, crowd/atmospheric shots… Nothing I've seen captures the feel of an actual show as well.

Films come on DVDs. Music comes on CDs.

I'm a big music fan, but never saw a music DVD I didn't find boring.

Last time I saw The Last Waltz I thought it was amazing. Lots of time for Stop Making Sense though.

Hmmm, have the documentary about him but not that. Is it just the CD mix decoded into 5.1?

My favourite is probably the Julian Temple Glastonbury film. Or maybe Control, the Joy Division biopic. I also remember caning 101 when growing up 🙂
