I was impatient. Money burning the proverbial and all that. I wanted the Mmmbop and The Bike Chain in Edinburgh stepped up at a whole £5 cheaper with my size and colour in stock. What was I to do? I did the dirty on CRC….my long-time biking partner. Shameful.

So, one sodding week later and CRC are rubbing my infidelity in my face and have discounted the frame by another £55..!!! £154 now. Quite simply the hardtail bargain of the year.

I got mine a few weeks ago from elsewhere for what I thought was a bargain price of £220, they were £275 at CRC back then 🙄
