does it follow the advantage 2.4 and 2.25 trend; and size up quite large for a 2.1 tyre?

Yeah, they're massive.

Advantage 2.1" = High Roller 2.35.

2.4s are huge!

As above, yes they're big.

I've got one on the front of my Whyte with a 2.1 RRalph on the back. Looks a bit like JohnM's freak bike.
