    Afternoon.

It was birthday 2 weeks ago and I received one card in the post 🙁

However, having spoken to a few friends and relatives, at least 10 seem to have gone missing in transit. They came from all over the country. Normal post arrived as normal.

What’s the likely cause? Robbed on route for the chance that they had money in? Can I do anything about it? The Royal Mail phone system is the most impenetrable, frustrating thing known to man.

    Thanks, Ed

royalmail.com and download a missing or lost form, they bnever have stuff stolen or nicked by errant posties so they dont include stolen on their forms.

and from persoanl experience keep ringing up and complaining and follow up with letters and ask for what theyre doing about it, also write and tell postcomm.

Birthday cards usually contain vouchers andf the thieves know this so target them as opposed to brown envelopes.
