http://brightonmtb.org/ is a good place for info. Stammer park has lots of nice singletrack but it's best to have a local show you round.

Actually, as next weekend is the weekend before the Bigdog, you'll probably find lots of people reccying the Stanmer route, so it should be easy to follow the singletrack nuggets.

there's loads of singletrack in and around stamner, wilde park. Not much that goes between the two towns, if that's what you're after - probably best just to sit on the SDW
