I think the question is, despite the OP’s protestations, why they asked the question in the face of such insurmountable evidence.

Lying seems to be second nature to that guy. Gets me how a guy who cheated death, then abuses his body in such a way. I mean the list of drugs he was on was nuts!

I guess you have to ask how many people and how high up the tree his “friends” are. I mean not only in the UCI, but the way the Postal case was dropped hints at more.
