Any recommendations for women specific shorts with protective padding.

Come on,somebody must have an idea.I've told her that somebody on here will recommend something, and I don't want to appear more of a plonker than I normally do.

My wife has some Nike womens (Pro model?) shorts which she says are ace, and way better then her old Polaris ones – and were £15 from JE James.

Not women's specific but the 661 Evo Bombers are supposed to be unisex fit. I can believe it, they're a bit excessively constraining on the undercarriage. They're very stretch-fit so should accomodate both outies and innies. No chamois though, they're purely protection.

Perhaps women hockey players wear protective shorts? Just a thought. Not that I know where you can buy their kit from.
