    Need a campsite for the Avalanche race (prob left it a bit late)

    Can anyone recommend any? Ideally as close to the action as poss. Basic facilities preferred.;-)

    Don’t camp at kielder if midges out. There is a camping and caravan one on the way back to hexham.

    The one at the castle start thingie had freezing showers last year; not pleasant when you wake up and the water container is frozen.

    Great event though.
