    …what shall I do?

Just eat for the sake of it – I’m sure I could jam some food in?

Not bother and have cake stops throughout afternoon surgery?

Watch “man v food” to build up an appetite….?

    Hmph – dilemmas eh…

You riding tomorrow? If yes, get some food in!

Not that I’ve necessarily had the right lunch though – pork and apple scotch egg, an apple and a yorkie….ahem.
I’ll have a proper tea though – riding early tomorrow.

Don’t listen to this nonsense. It’s lunchtime. Eat lunch. Clue’s in the name.

The human body’s ability to stuff food in does amaze me – even polished off a yoghurt for desert (posh for puddin’ innit..).

All this ‘don’t eat nonsense’ – what’s that about 😉
