I ordered a full set of replacement Litespeed graphics off their website in US on Thursday eve and they have just arrived 3 and a bit days later including Saturday and Sunday. I will bear this in mind next time I order from the UK! Well done Litespeed if ya reading?

Actually, that IS fast. perhaps the MD was visiting the US and took 'em with him?
I count 7 days as 'quick' for delivery to/from the States.
