The bike’s still filthy from last nights cheeky, rocky root-fest. I officially have a new favourite descent. My god its good! In fact; it needs revisiting on a nice sunny afternoon methinks 😀

I will try to take a long lunch break on my bike, but will end up working later for the pleasure.

No need, commuted in xc this morning, and I will probably drag out the ride home a bit too. Not exactly top class trails but enough to put a smile on my face on a workday.

I normally get every other Friday off which is pretty nice.

No, i was in the gym this morning instead. Was lovely cycling there at 7.30 – no wind at all.

minutes few before I depart this office for two weeks.

Rode the single speed in for an early get away and some interesting hilly road miles home.

i had my second ‘Roadie’ bike yesterday…quite windy but fairly warm.
just having to get used to the different gears..they are on the brakes (flick the brakes sideways to come back down through the gears (different to MTB ! lol 😉

I did yesterday, thoroughly recomended 😀
