    Hiya chaps

I’ve broken my thumb so am starting to trail run again. My trail shoes could do with better insoles, and a very tiny bit of volume reduction.

What insoles are good for trail running? Fireroads, single-track, Tweed stuff…

    Cheers!

Sorry, not a chap, but might help. I put superfeet in mine. Mine are quite low volume shoes so didn’t want too take up too much space but wanted better arch support. Work well. Best to go to an outdoor shop and try which model fits your foot best if you’ve not used them before.

Sole moldable insoles are far superior to superfeet.

Ive got some Sole insoles in my riding shoes and they are great and customer service is quite incredible. Don’t know if they are flexy enough for running though

I work with Sorbothane Sorbo pro’s in my work boots , they made a big differance for me.
