How can you have never seen this before? I’ve not watched it (at work) but there is one where someone has drawn a face on the wall that shouts “om om om” and chomps up and down on his leg.

The thing that really strikes me about that video is how hard the kid is.

He’s sustained a massive leg fracture that has trapped him, standing upright with his leg above his waist. And after the first scream he’s basically got himself together and sounds pretty calm.
