Yes - works really well (although in fairness I have only removed two crown races so can't really vouch for long term use!).

Used it to remove a few races (thinking 5-10) it works, but does seem to like to take little chunks of the crowns with it as well, thinking the Park version would be better but at a much greater cost, The Park CRP-1 cost over £100, my Ice Tools version was about £10

Doesn't do anything that a chisel ,hammer and a bit of skills won't do.

Tighten up firmly with fingers. A turn of the spanner to make sure it is well seated. Then tap the tool firmly with a mallet and the crown race flies off with no damage.
Don't try to use it as a wedge to pry the crown race off - it works but usually causes minor damage.
(I apologise if you already know this)

Don't rate it, sorry, can mark the crown, use a Park or some other method

Bought one from ukbike store but not used it yet, my LBS got my crown race off with one ok so I bought one/

hmm, mixed reviews then. hammer/chisel wont work with this combo, hence this thread.

I would normally use a small center punch and hammer on my rockshox as there's a small grove in the crown so it's easy to get to the crown race and start it off, but just bought some fox forks and there's no grove so didn't want to risk scratching the crown. For £18 worth a punt.

They are fine - but you need to be careful how you use it. Having used the Park Tools one, then this one, I'd prefer the Park one, but its too much to pay, unless you can access one in a shop (for free), or can acquire one somehow.
For the once or twice a year (at most) that I use it, its fine, and way better than a hammer and chisel.
Then again, split crown races may well be the future...
