My few years old light developed a problem recently so I send it to them for repair. It went on Tuesday and is back now fully working with new leads and all free of charge!!!

I was trying to decide between shimano brakes and some hopes but I know where my money is going now!

Well I bought the R4 Light. Battery fell short on burn time so I emailed them, didnt get a response. So I returned the light for a refund.
Pretty rubbish IME.
