Right, so ive just moved to Farnham. Previous to this I lived in mid wales-HILLS. Ive also just got back from the alps so craving some long painful kilometres.

Is there anything around here/south of London that isn’t totally flat?

No.

Compared to Wales or the Alps, no. But there is plenty of quality woodland single track all over so assuming this isn’t going to be a ‘let’s take the p out of the flat landers’ there are a few groups you might want to try hooking up with – BOBs, Tunnel Hill Trolls, Muddy Moles, Diary of a MTBer, shop rides, facebook groups, etc

You just have to get your head round lots of short steep climbs and descents in a ride instead of a few longer ones!
