  • Help needed for Afan bike friendly B&B planning application

    Hi,

    Some friends of mine are planning to open a MTB friendly B&B near Afan but have encountered some resistance from the local planning office who took a view that mountain bikers would be better off staying elsewhere and driving to the trail centers.

    Have many of you ever had problems finding somewhere local to stay or would like to have somewhere to stay where you can cycle from the door to the trails?
