Finding that on the trail would be a bit scary, no ?
Help identifying this lizard / tyre please ?
Maxis HR I think,
it's not that big anyway
met a 4ft one of these while out on the bike and it looked very solid
and a lot of these
6ft was the biggest, apparently you will be very lucky to see a snake out here as they run away from people, I saw about 10 last summer.
Mike, same here in Hong Kong, snakes commonplace. The original story I thought amusing (obviously not for the owner), puns on lizard skins etc. I think it's an Ardent though !
side knobs look too big for an ardent (I reckon)
Alls well that ends well:
I'm going with High Roller as well
It's the new Schwalbe Scaley Caley
That is a Tegu..
Very affectionate IME.. will come up and nuzzle you for some affection like a dog would..
Strong like Ox.. it's a good all-year round lizard for most applications, perhaps the lizard to end all 'what lizard for..?' threads..
Can be a bit draggy on fire road climbs though, and obviously a bit porky for the weight weenie crew
