    How do I get the head doctor out of my steerer tube I thought backing internal nut of and giving it a tap would free it but it is still solid any sugestions

    Eh?

    Just unscrew the bolt, get a longish rod, insert from bottom of steerer and push free.

    Managed to get it out screwed old bolt in to it and pulled it out with pliers couldn’t push it out from below old sfn still in steerer
