I justify it in that it’s mostly on the way back from cycling so doesn’t count.

And McDonalds. McMuffins aren’t a guilty pleasure – they’re a necessity (sometimes, not all the time).

Weird instant noodles, the more bizarre the better. The ones that have no english writing on them at all are generally the best. Artificial flavourings at their best.
I have them for lunch on a saturday when the Mrs is out. 🙂
