i think given the massive warnings i would admit defeat and send it off… not worh risking breaking it!

mate its a 5min job that any numpty can do.
deflate and remove the shock and fitting kit put a rag through the eyelet (stops aircan flying off and hurting you). using a strap wrench undo the aircan <pop> replace/reuse the seals and do back up, pump up and your done.

£80 for this is throwing your money down the drain
