Currently running my Wanga single speed and am considering the possibility of fitting an Alfine for occasional use. Are sliding drop outs all that are required for fitting, by this I mean are there special dropouts required or will anything do to allow chain tensioning?

And by the way - any recommendations for a rear carrier on a bike with disk brakes?
The alfine just goes in normal drop-outs - same as any other wheel so it will be fine
Rear carreir - IME any one will do - just space it out a bit to clear the caliper if required. The only disc specific on I had was clumsy and heavy
