    Happy days!
LBS fitted the headset for me but the rest all my own work (and it shows…)
Everything a straight swap from the PA so I had a fair comparison.
Had a shorter stem on the PA, and neither that nor the current stem are quite right yet but getting there.

First ride tonight was interesting- the Ti456 rides very differently to the PA.

Now, what to do with a battleship grey 853 PA frame… 😀

I'm on zip tie duty tomorrow, wanted to get a ride in before I lost the light!

No buzzing- I've run fire xcs in the past but wasn't a fan. There's almost no tread on the Killer Bees so they're effectively silent, only thing that warns people that I'm coming is my wheezing 🙄

    How do you mean "different"?

PA was a large, 456 is a medium.
Not looked at the numbers but the geometry seems different- possibly as a result of the different frame sizes- the seatpost seems like it's at more of an angle on the 456, and it seems to work the fork more. Not that I'm passing opinion, it's just different.

I could be talking a load of guff but so far (after one ride!) I'd say that the PA felt 'springier'.

Currently the 456 feels too stretched out (but I can probably solve that by changing the stem) and the PA seemed easier to pedal on the flat, somehow.

456 seems to climb better though and is certainly the lighter frame.

Nice 456 – Are you thinking of parting company with the PA? – if so I'd take it off your hands.

callout. Loads of yanks on the line scratching their heads not able to understand netmasks.

You're in the same country as them, give 'em a kick! 😉
