    Compare and contrast:

A mate’s Light and Motion Arc packed up this week, he called them, answer “they don’t support that model any more”! 👿

Exposure were running the light charging station at the Strathpuffer this year and I mentioned that the charger for my Maxx was acting up, think it had a broken wire. There and then the person on the stand (I think he was their Marketing Director) gave me a brand new one without any hesitation – no charge and didn’t want my old one as a return.

That’s great to hear as I’m about to send my Exposure light back to them as it’s run time is less than half of what it should be.

I’m just waiting to start my leave from work before I send it back as I need my light to cycle to work and back.

I’ve got just over 2 weeks off, so it sounds like I should be good to get it back in time to cycle back to work 🙂
