A friend has been asked to write a checklist of "top tips" for office managers and FM teams to reduce energy / environmental impact. There must be loads out there… Anyone got one / know where I can point them?

    Thanks 🙂

If there's no-one in an office or server room, it's OK to unplug all the computers. Hope that helps. 😉

Problem with the FM roles is that theyre given to non technical types.
FM is and should be a role for a building services engineer in that any **** can manage cleaners and security but not all understand the fundamentals of BMS, Heating, Ventilation, AC, vert transport etc. The thought of handing a state of the art low energy building to a glorified administrator scares me to death.
