So lets suppose you normally eat reasonably well and have a steady weight, but then one rainy Monday someone has left a load of fatty, sugary, chocolatey goodness laying around the house. Is it better or worse for you to eat, say, 1000 extra calories in one day rather than 200 extra calories for 5 days?

Best thing is to eat it all then shove yer fingers down yer throat, innit. If you’re quick enough it may keep for a rainy day.

(but if the easter bunny left it then you mustn’t do anything to make him angry)

Don’t forget – the longer the chocolate lies around, the higher the chance of someone else coming to nab your goodies!

If it’s a one off, I would have thought ingesting all in one day is better. If doing it continuously, then spread it out, and make sure you take the stairs.
