My rs pikes have developed a grey discolouration around one of the seals. Is this an issue and if so how do I fix it? Cheers

That will the the anodizing wearing off – just like fox do 🙂

It might be. Or it might just be oil staining- my Revs have a nice dark stain round the stanchions on both sides.

Dry / tight/ loose bushing/ seal? Look into it asap before riding more, fox forks royally crap themselves if that happens…

It’s an old pike and it isn’t knocking yet, if it’s the anodising wearing off should I do something about it or will I survive?

Nothing you can do about the wear but a lowers service is probably a good idea as dirt in the seals massively speeds up the wear. (I’m assuming here, but it’s pretty much the law that everyone’s forks are overdue a service…)
