i’m getting some new brakes in the next couple of weeks to replace my current ones.
i’ve decided on a pair of shimano zee’s and i want to use my existing rotors (203mm/183mm).
for the front i know i will need a post to post 203mm adapter but i’m stuck on what to do for the rear
the frame has an IS mount and i know i’ll need an IS to post mount but it seems these only come as 180mm units.
will i be able to get away with fitting one of these or do i need to get one that fits a 183mm rotor? if so anyone know of where i can get hold of one?
if no 183mm adapters are available will i need to bite the bullet and get a new 180mm rotor as well?
i need to keep the costs to a minimum in order to keep Mrs Gonzy happy….she’s gonna hit the roof when she sees how much i’ve spent on the brakes as it is!!
    thanks!
