    For me, Albert King.

    Have listened to his Albert King: Live recording (on Charly) and wish I could have seen him play live.

    EDIT – he died in 1992 so that is, at best, impractical

    Freddie Mercury. The one I regret most is passing up the opportunity to see Queen during their Winter 1977 tour (News of the World) Loads of my mates went but for some reason I didn’t. Never got to see them live after that.
    I guess that does give away my advancing years!
