  • Darkside Question, I need to find some long hills in Dorset

    Evening all, I am hoping someone can help,
    I am training for the Marmotte this summer and my coach (get me …) has given me the fun task of a 4.5 hour ride with 2 hours of 500+ vertical m of climbing, an hour of hill repeat, another hour of 500+ vertical m of climbing and finish with 30 mins easy riding.

    Normally I live in derby so not a problem, but I am going to the in-laws for the weekend in Poole, any ideas anyone ?

    Purbecks has plenty of hills, but not enormously long. I’ll be dragging myself up a few of them tomorrow. When are you here?

    Next weekend, not sure when I will get my pass though,

    Shame I am staying on the road really as I really enjoy the off road over the ferry, but you cant have it all
