We are booked into a log cabin on friday night at Keldy. Does anyone know if the roads are navigable to get there. We will be coming from the humber bridge and usually take the B1248 Malton Pickering road.

The roads *might* be okay by then, dependant on the local farmer deciding whether it's worth ploughing/flattening the snow on the road into the forest. The hill will be a bugger to navigate though.
We've failed to get our vans into that area (Cropton/Rosedale) for a couple of days now. If you don't have a 4x4 available I'd seriously think against it, but ring Keldy just to be safe.
