So I got some of those cheap CB Candy pedals off CRC. Turned up today, look all swanky. Just fitted the cleats to my Sidi's, the shoe seems tight against the pedal - not excessively so but enough to make me wonder if I should use the shim. Anyone else need the shim with Sidi/Candy combo?

Yeah i use the shim helps clearance and also protects your shoes from the cleat.
Well worth using
