got an 2011 with an RP23 on and considering putting on a coil as I preferred the feel on my prophet. Any opions experience the usual stuff appreciated. Thinking about a pushed van rc, I have a Fox 36 talas on the front.

    Ive a DHX5 on mine.

    Love it..

    Nice and smooth IMHO.

Never really used the lock out on my RP23 so went for the feel of coil.

Yeah, its a bit heavier, but hey, I’m no racing snake.

Dunno about a Heckler but even a cheap Coil on my Reign transformed it.

I had a DHX5 on mine and an RP23, coil just bit better at normal speeds but alot better at higher speeds but more bobby uphill. If weight isnt a concern a pushed one would be good choice to limit the bobbing.

Well worth doing! I ran a 5th Element on my 2011 Heckler and it was lovely. Didn’t notice any pedal bob on mine.

Will be selling the shock on here soon as i no longer own the Heckler.

Interested in trying it for £70? 😀

Email in profile or look out on the classifieds soon.

Is the RP23 on your bike the standard one, I sent mine for a custom re valve and it transformed the bike.
