Hmmm taking the coffee niche up a step.Home roaster

Was speaking to a few Italians who i’m working with at the moment, they lament the fact that they can’t get a decently made coffee over here. On asking them what it was about the coffee, suspecting it may be something to do with the beans, they told me it was actually to do with the application of pressure, and that proper coffee machines have a big hand pump thing to control the pressure. They claim it makes a big difference. I’m guessing they mean something like this.
