    I have run out of preground coffee, my grinder is brokenand there is no instant in the house! Arrgghhh

    there must be something I can grind coffee with- pestle and mortar? rolling pin?

    suggestions please before I go into caffeine withdrawal and have to go to bed

    Shop? what spend money? and it means going up and down the stairs! can’t be done caffeine free.

    It worked ta Drac – dunno why I didn’t think of it. Brains switched off due to low caffeine levels I guess.

    Considering caffeine is such a powerful drug TJ, it might be a good idea. ❓

    I do like my coffee though.

    In all seriousness its maybe worth a try – my coffee intake varies greatly and I do suspect a correlation between fatigue days and earlier caffeine consumption
