Going to Coed Y for the weekend but Mrs ssstu needs to spend some time studying.
So is anyone there tomorrow morning that I could have a spin round with to pass a few hours until Mrs ssstu's ready to ride in the avo?

Have you ridden the new blue Minotaur run yet? Its great fun the berms at the end are mad!! Makes you just want to pedal like an idiot, and you can get a nice jump out of the paved ford crossing bit!

Well make sure you give it a go, I'm sure the fact its a blue graded trail will put some people off, but its great fun and not very long, though you do have to watch out for families and walkers!

Oh believe me I couldn't be further from a, as you say "trail god". You may have noticed my skills course thread. I just ride to have fun and sometimes that means I may go a bit faster than others but trust me my husband would be the one that overtakes first!
