I got a bit of Mineral oil on my Disc this morning. The pads are being replaced but how can I clean the Rotor? I don’t have any brake cleaning fluid and my LBS only does Darkside stuff. What else can I use?

methylated spirits on a clean rag.

    Remove disc from hub.
Scrub with abrasive kitchen cleaner and stiff brush, particularly all the slots and holes…you cannot do this with just a rag.
    Rinse with boiling water.
    Repeat scrub and rinse.
Let air dry and refit without touching braking surface.
New pads and bed them in.
    Ride.

isopropyl alcohol (IPA), from your chemist or ebay, use a bit of clean tissue paper each wipe. surgically clean disc!

no need to take discs of wheel, hot water etc,

    takes 2/3 min.
