    No.

    It’s far too energy intensive, it’s not going to work for exactly the same reason that hydrogen doesn’t (aside from being better to transport). In fact, it’s a complete waste of energy from the moment you put the hydrogen into the recombination unit, you would be better just bottling it and putting it through a fuel cell or engine (easily done, just requires strengthening).
