Cheap bike bags (I.e. to put the bike in)

Can anyone suggest a cheap bag for bike transportation? It won’t be subject to the ‘rigours’ of air transport, it’s just to enable me to carry the bike as luggage on the TGV in France.
No bigger than 120x90cms. It’ll probably never be used again, so I’d rather not spend too much.
